Description
Made with tons of flavor and health benefits from the dried skins of the coffee cherries, “Cascara” is ideal for a naturally sweet, refreshing infusion. Serve cold or as cocktail mixer. Best when brewed approximately 2 – 3 minutes in water, 2 Tbs per 8 Oz water, or as consistency desired. Next, separate the infusion from husk and pour over ice. Add honey, ginger-ale and/or sparkling water for a bubbly drink!
