Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. If for any reason you would like to return any of the products bought in our on line store, we cannot sell it back. We only accept returns when there is a mistake in the order from our part. Or in case the order is not delivered by the shipping/courier company.

We, otherwise, guarantee the high quality of our products; the result of careful and thorough harvesting practices starting from the seed, planting stage and to the post-harvest, for a natural drying, and final processing stage.


Exception Returns

If the order is not delivered and is brought back to us, the client will cover the shippingcost and/or courier services or DHL shipping fees, as it applies for shipping/delivery purposes.

If the product presents defects due to the transportation and/or courier services (broken, wet, etc) client must report to Tierra Bendita within 48 hours of receiving the product. This will allow us to handle ourclaim with the courier and/or DHL or shipping company and we will proceed with the product replacement.

Refunds, when applicable, can take 7 to 14 days maximum for administrative handling.


Cancellations by Tierra Bendita

Tierra Bendita reserves the right to cancel any purchase or order (previously completed online) under the following:

  • The product is not in inventory and by technical glitch our on line store shows the product is available. Client has the option to accept a refund or wait for when the product isback in our inventory.
  • The payment information of the client is incorrect and can’t be verified.
  • The order is flagged by our security system as unusual or susceptible offraud.
  • We believe client is under age and/oryounger than 14 years old.
  • The order is the result of a technical a glitch in our online storesystem(discounts erroneously applied, shipping cost not included, etc).

Cancellations by Clients

When applicable, cancellation of orders which require a refund to client will have a 7 to 14 business days maximum, to allow administrative handling. We don’t accept cancellation of orders within one hour of completion given that our system processes the order at the time is completed.
